Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking Property Managers to join our Commercial and Residential teams.

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of Commercial or Residential properties. Your duties will include the planning, directing and organizing of the daily operations of the portfolio. Also communicating with maintenance, contractors, planning and managing budgets and liaising between owners and tenants is a large part your daily activity.

The ideal candidate will have been in a similar position for at least 2 years. Or if you are looking to move up from an administrative position we are looking for you as well.

More than experience we are looking for an individual who is a team player and is driven to create a wow client experience. You have a strong ability to prioritize and organize with well-honed time management skills. You are experienced in leading projects from start to finish and detail oriented. Basic accounting skills a plus.

Training will be provided as required.


Property Administrator Opportunity

The Property Administrator works closely with and provides support to the Property Manager to serve Condo owners or commercial property owners and their tenants. Each position requires an individual who has experience working within an office environment, brings strong computer skills and is highly organized. In addition to your strong administrative skills you are a good communicator with a willingness to solve client problems. Basic accounting skills are a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services, such as cleaning and maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, etc.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and determine whether building expense or tenant expense.
  • Ensure necessary purchase orders are issued and maintained and tracked via scheduled maintenance in Spectra.
  • Prepare correspondence for tenants, owners, etc. as directed by Property Manager.
  • Photocopying, scanning, saving, filing, emailing of monthly management reports or as directed by Property Manager.
  • Correspond with tenants regarding common area costs and property taxes; assist with preparation of legal documentation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and annual budgets and review with Property Manager.


  • 2 plus years of administrative experience.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and organize with well-honed time management skills.
  • Proficient in word, excel and outlook.
  • Ability to communicate with condo owners, boards of directors, tenants and trades and a desire to solve their problems.
  • Ability to lead a project from start to finish
  • Detailed oriented
  • Basic accounting skills a plus
  • Experience in real estate or a legal background a plus
