While there are many changes to the Act, the new act includes changes that will apply to the purchase and sale of a condominium. For example: Pursuant to Section 51.(2) of the Act, if an agreement of purchase and sale for a unit is entered into after the declaration and plan for the land that includes the unit are registered, the seller must provide documents to the buyer.
